£25,000 - £27,000 per year + uncapped commission OTE £50,000

Key Responsibilities:
🧑💼Lead and Inspire: Drive the sales team to hit both individual and company targets, fostering a high-performance culture.

📚Mentor and Develop: Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to enhance the skills and performance of your team members.
🗓️Forecast and Report: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report KPIs to senior management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
👔Convert Prospects: Clearly communicate the benefits of our client’s flexible subscriptions to potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients.
👏Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
🚗Customer Checks: Conduct necessary eligibility checks for customers renting vehicles.
🏷️Maximise Sales: Leverage your sales techniques to overcome customer objections and maximize every potential lead.
📊Track Performance: Maintain comprehensive reporting structures and track sales conversions.
Requirements:
• Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience.
• Leadership: At least 2 years in a sales management role.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to clearly communicate and influence.
